Delete your Dayzeroo account

Delete in the app
- Sign in and open Settings.
- At the bottom, in “Delete account and data (GDPR)”, tap the delete button.
- Step 1: confirm that you understand the action is irreversible and tap Continue.
- Step 2: type the word DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion.
- Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
Without access to the app
Send an email from the address registered with your account to michal.moravcik@bliqer.cz with the subject “Smazání účtu” (Account deletion). We will delete the account and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in data including email
- Profile, nickname and settings
- Profile photo and screenshots attached to bug reports
- Diary entries including moods, cravings, triggers and notes
- Trigger plans and relapse prevention plans
- Medications and intake records
- Community posts, comments and likes (deleting a post also removes the comments under it)
- Messages with your specialist, their notes about you and the specialist assignment
- Patient or relative profile
- SOS messages, friends and invites
- Content reports you filed and users you blocked
- Notifications and notification tokens in the browser and on your phone
- Badges, challenges, error logs and bug reports
Everything is deleted at once right after you confirm. If anything fails, nothing is deleted and you can try again.
What is kept and for how long
- Anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.
- Ban record: if the account was banned, we keep only the record ID, the reason and the date of the ban (plus an email fingerprint to prevent re-registration). No other personal data, deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Audit record: kept without personal data, with an anonymous tag instead of your ID, for at most 12 months.
Delete only some data
If you don't want to delete the whole account, email michal.moravcik@bliqer.cz and tell us which data to remove or anonymize. We reply within 30 days.
